Street Scenes
As you can see from these photos, Mulberry Street was closed to cars when we were there.
Cars can get through, but only to get to a parking lot located near this end of the street (the Canal Street end).
I do not know if this is usually the case, or if it is only at certain times, like on the weekend, for example.
This street is lined with restaurants on both sides, with a few other shops thrown in.
There is also a great bakery located here.
You will probably be overwhelmed by the shear number of restaurants, with their menus posted and their people trying to lure you into their establishments.
Don't worry too much, just about any place you try will be great.
Do check the prices carefully, though, some of them are quite high.
As you can see from this photo, below, there is a little of the China Town influence here also. Notice the oriental lettering on some of the signs.
