Christiansted Siteseeing
Here are some photos I took on Tuesday when I had some time to do some siteseeing.
In one of the photos below, you can see the building where my room was located. It was not built to the same standards as the rest of the hotel, and the room was not appointed as well as the rooms in the main part of the hotel. This is why I moved to the Divi Carina Bay Resort and Casino the next day.
In Fort Christiansvaern there is some information about Alexander Hamilton, who went on to become chief of staff to General George Washington during the American Revolution and then was appointed by Washington as the first Secretary of the Treasury of the United States.
