These photos are from a business trip to Las Vegas in October, 2008

Planet Hollywood, Miracle Mile Shops, Harley Davidson Cafe, MGM Grand

Continuing south on the strip frm Paris, the next thing we come to is Planet Hollywood:

On the lower level is the Miracle Mile -- a mall with lots of shops and restaurants. And in front of it are some more escalators with no steps.

Continuing down the road we pass the Harley Davidson Cafe.

We also pass one of several places in Las Vegas where you can get discount tickets to some of the shows.

And then we come to the MGM Grand:

Inside the casino, they have a lion habitat.

I left the casino and came back later, and they had different lions on display:

And next door, across Tropicana Avenue, is the Tropicana.
